EVERCARVE Giveaway 2012 -Terms and Conditions

1. This giveaway can be entered from Jan 1, 2012 until May 15th, 2012. It is open to all who are 18 years old or higher.
2. Each contestant may submit multiple entries, but the last entry received will be treated as the only valid entry. Contestants are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are provided accurately. If entry is for any reason incomplete, can not be recognized, or is late it may be disqualified.
3. The prize for winner is: one an EVERCARVE wakesurf model that can be a custom EVERCARVE wakesurf size (length, width, thickness). Winner will be determined by EVERCARVE and will be notified in private by EVERCARVE.
4. Notwithstanding the above, EVERCARVE reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary the prize with others of equal value, without assigning any reason or giving prior notification.
5. EVERCARVE reserves the rights to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions of this giveaway without prior notice. EVERCARVE, its related entities, and its shareholders will not be liable for any problems, damage or injury resulting from the participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
6. The winner agrees to indemnify EVERCARVE, its related entities, and its shareholders on a full indemnity basis with respect to any claim, suit, or proceeding of whatsoever nature brought by any of the winner beneficiaries and/or third party(s) in respect of the acceptance and/or use of the prize.
7. Contestants are required to adhere to the terms and conditions that are provided.
8. Contestants have provided information that is true and correct. If information is not true, their entry may be disqualified.
9. EVERCARVE’s selection of the winner and all decisions relating to the outcome of this giveaway are final.
